I curious to know why you didn't boil the egg before breaking it. You have to boil it for at least 15 minutes before cutting it into half like a hard boiled egg.Unless you are using the egg york for making mooncake.
I didn't realise I have to boil it. But thank for the advise. will try it again.
I was wondering how come your salted egg dun have the white part until i read uncle phil's comment.
In this case,u keep the egg yolk to make moon cake lor. Don't waste it. Your 2 mths of waiting leh.
