Prague Praha Pra.....

Back to reality, wasn't the thing that I was looking forward too.
We started off with a emotional roller coaster before my summer holidays. Then again, it turned out alright. Hmmm, okay I change my mind. It was marvellous. Out of the 4 countries that I went, we were 'blessed' with shower. Rain stop Rain stop.

My First destination - Czech Republic
Capital Prague. As I have only 2 days in Prague. We thought there wasn't enough time. No, We have plenty of time.. Prague is beautiful, not an average Europe city. Just imagine you are in the 13th century. Shopping wise, my own opinion - it was a little on the expensive side. So I got nothing from there except for magnets. It was more of sight seeing. The work and the alley are filled with enchanting art pieces of the 13th 14th century. No words can Describe the craftsmanship.

Hotel are cheap here. We stayed in the 4 star hotel which is 5 min walk away from Wencesles square. It is called Bohemian Plaza. The suite was the biggest room and the best that I had during my trip. Not to mention, my hotel keeps getting smaller as I travel to another country.

2 Toilet bowls. I find it hilarious. One for pang sai, the other to wash. SOoo melayu!!!

Wencesles Square. At night , it can be quite rowdy. But policemen are standing by.

Národní muzeum (hlavní budova)

Some theatre. Can't remember the name

In Prague, we hardly follow the map. We just walk aimlessly. You won't get lost here. As usual, during my walk I needed to Poo Poo. Here a Poo Poo face, me frantically looking for a WC.

The Astronomical clock. It is just a clock lor. It is like a cuckoo clock, once the long hand hit 12 every hour the figurine inside will move. (The Walk of the Apostles).

The front of Charles bridge. A bridge linking to the two side of Prague. Super packed with tourist. Many artist on the bridge too. Better to go early morning or evening.

We do not know why is everybody touching it. Apparently, it was a gold picture of a lady and a cat. Maybe it bring luck or blossom luck (tao hua yun)

The super Steep slope linking to Prague castle. The picture cannot tell how steep it is. Trust me it is STEEP!!!!

The changing of Guards.

The Saint Vitus Cathedral - Gothic Style. I like to see gothic pieces. Some of them are quite scary, but it tells a story behind it.

Some Picture inside the Church. It is free to go in, but you have to queue

Moving off to Petrin Hill. 60 metre high steel framework tower. It is said that it resemble the Eiffel Tower.

The Jewish Quarter

My last lunch in Prague. Running sushi
They have 2 conveyor belt. One for hot , the other cold. It consist of Asian cuisine. Food rating 2.5/5. The hot food are nicer..

We saw many stalls selling Mojito. Even KFC also sells it but without alcohol. Just have to try it. Yuck!!!. I dislike the taste of mint leave..

More pics coming up later in FB..
