Brunch at Forty Hands

40 Hands is the name of the cafe. It is located at 78 Yong Siak street (nearer to Tiong Bahru Plaza). It is situated in a quite remote alley. If you are not familiar with Tiong Bahru then good luck mate!!!

To get a sit in 40 Hands is almost impossible. It is always packed during the weekends. Very limited seat available.

Their coffee is awarded the best coffee in Singapore. In my opinion, if you like dark roasted coffee or coffee with less milk. This is a must try. If u are not a fan of their coffee , then I would suggest walk down the street and get yourself the 90cents Kopi from the kopitiam.

This pau cost me $2.50. By the way, they have only one kind of PAU which is Tar Sar Pau. What so great about the pau except it cost f**king Expansive. Hmm, nothing much, except that the pau skin is extra extra soft....
