Sapporo City

Day 1

The capital of Hokkaido.
We stayed in the Vista Hotel. Parked our car and travel via train in Sapporo. Sapporo is also the place famous for authentic RAMEN. There is 2 alley catered only for ramen. The old and new alley.

The moment we got off the train station, we were greeted by these three mascots? touting for business.

The NEW ramen alley. 2 metres away from the train station exit.

In the new alley, there is air-condition. For those who are tall, Good luck. It gets a little tight when there is a crowd. Basically, it is a 1 man corridor.

Can't decide where to eat? Find the one which have the most Japanese. There are 3 kinds of Ramen. Miso, Soy sauce and Salt. Just TRY ALL!!!!!

Butter, Scallop and Char Siew in Soy Sauce Ramen

Spicy Miso Ramen

Next up, I want to introduce the Hokkaido Pudding or they called it the Samurai Pudding. *caution DO NOT BUY the original flavour. Try it at your own risk.. Wahaha

Secretary Club
Erhh.. okay this needs no explanation. If you do not know ask the man.

After eating the ramen, we were super bloated. While prowling the alleys of the city, I saw alot of people queueing at this restaurant. Monkey see Monkey do. The que might be long but the wait is short. If you like sushi, it is worth the wait.

5 Pcs = 900 yen. The salmon is WHOO HOO!!! A pity that I did not get to take a good picture of it. Btw, my virgin attempt of the sea urchin taste like long kar zhui.

Stay on for more....
